Where purchase proofs hide after a drop

After a loud drop, proofs hide in muted group chats, in a screenshot album that also holds restaurant bills, and in an email tab nobody opens. Panel crops hide in the same places, which is how they get mistaken for each other.

Spend twenty minutes the next morning, not the same night. Make a proof tray and a reread tray. If a file cannot answer “what was collected, and when,” it is not proof. If it cannot answer “which page did I love,” it may not be worth keeping at all.

Print a one-line index. Paper still survives a dead laptop. The Marvel NFT comic itself still wants the official viewer. The paper only remembers that you were there.
