Refund Policy

This website does not sell gems, covers, or software downloads and it does not run a checkout. Refunds, when they exist, apply only to studio session fees that were arranged by telephone or email.

If no fee was paid

If you only read the guides, you have nothing to reverse. Close the tab whenever you like.

Deposits agreed by phone

If we asked for a deposit to hold a table on Chang Klan Road and you cancel at least two full days before the sitting, we return that deposit by the same method you used. Cancellations inside two days keep the deposit because the slot is rarely refilled.

After a session starts

If we have already opened ledgers or sorted proof trays with you, the fee for hours already used is not returned. Unused prepaid hours can be moved once to a new date within thirty days.

Booklets and files

Printed handover booklets that have left the studio are not refunded. Digital copies we emailed at your request are yours to keep; we do not claw them back, and we also do not resend them indefinitely without a new session.

Optional local tracking utility

The ledger is described as local software you run for notes. This site does not bill a subscription for it and therefore has no subscription refund. Marketplace purchases you make on Veve follow Veve’s own rules, which we do not administer.

Thai consumer rules that cannot be waived still apply to the extent they govern a studio service in Chiang Mai.
