Who we are

Utility Path Base is an independent studio in Thailand. Contact details appear on the contact page. We provide preservation guidance and optional local record-keeping software descriptions. We are not Marvel, not Veve, not Binance, and not a financial institution.

Intellectual property

Site copy, original panel layouts, and the Utility Path Base mark belong to the studio unless a credit says otherwise. MARVEL names, character names, and related imagery remain with Marvel Characters, Inc., Marvel Entertainment, LLC, The Walt Disney Company, or other owners. Do not copy this site’s legal text onto another project and present it as your counsel’s work.

Sessions and informational rates

Prices on the pricing page are starting figures for conversation and written packs. They are not an offer of tokens, gems, or marketplace credit. Arrangements happen by telephone or email. This website has no checkout.

Compatibility claims

Mentions of Veve describe where collectors commonly read Marvel NFT comics. Mentions of a Binance-compatible label describe optional personal note fields. Neither mention is a partnership, certification, or endorsement. The live comic is not downloaded from this site.

Links to veve.me and to public image hosts leave our server. We do not control those destinations. Read their terms before you rely on them.

Liability

Preservation notes can be incomplete if a collector withholds titles or files. We are not liable for lost marketplace access, forgotten passwords, or changes made by third-party platforms. To the extent Thai law allows, our liability for a booked session is limited to the fee paid for that session.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Thailand have jurisdiction over disputes that cannot be resolved by talking with the studio.

Changes

We may update this page when the service list or legal requirements change. The date of the public file is the date Hugo last built the page you are reading.

If a clause cannot be enforced, the rest remains in force.
